Order Queries
On occasions we may have a question to ask that will assist us complete your Order in a speedy fashion. We will contact you by phone or email and will always identify ourselves to you.

Often the query is related to missing information. Please check that all the required forms have been completed and submitted to minimise delays with your order.

Order completion
We will email, fax or phone you with confirmation that your Application has been completed. At times you may recieve notification from a third party (such as Telstra) that the service you ordered has been completed prior to us contacting you. As you can appreciate it occasionally takes a little time for the paperwork to filter down from the technition in the field back to us.

Monitoring of services
We provide a variety of methods to monitor usage and your cost of the service throughout the month. Most often the method will be in the form of web based tools that you can access 24 x 7.
