Basic Small Office Home Office ADSL services
Communicomm Business ADSL is offered both as a flat rate plan or included allowance plus excess. Key points that others have found attractive are:
- No excess data charges on flat Rate plan
- up to 10 email addresses
- Optional Server side Spam filtering
- Optional Server side Antivirus
- up to 100mb email storage
- 1 x static IP address
- Content filtering (coming soon)
These services are supplied to you under a twelve (12) month minimum term contract. Each ADSL service incurs a once off setup fee. By submitting this application you agree to be bound by the application terms of this contract and our AUP.

Once this application is submitted to us charges will be incurred. This application can not be cancelled without the payment of the setup fee plus the early contract termination fee.
The 12 month period and charges commence from the date you are connected at the exchange, not when you first use the service.
If you cancel this ADSL service, wish to relocate the service to another premises or phone line, or change the phone line lessee within the 12 month contract period this results in disconnection and you will incur the early contract termination fee and a new connection fee. The service can not be suspended nor transferred to another business.
Changing speed of ADSL service (Faster or slower) will incur a fee, please refer to the plan table for pricing. Changes take up to 3 business days to take effect.
Routers not purchased from Communicomm Pty Ltd will not be supported free of charge. If you purchase a router elsewhere please ensure the supplier will support and or configure the router for you. Charges will apply should our assistance be required.
To successfully obtain an ADSL service it must be attached to a telephone number at an ADSL enabled exchange. Other factors which may prevent a successful ADSL connection include:
- The distance away from the telephone exchange.
- The spare capacity on the exchange.
- Other products and services on the line which may impact the ability to connect to ADSL.
