Technical Support

Support is primarily carried out via the web and email.

This:

- allows you to lodge Trouble tickets 24 x 7 via the web site;

- speeds up the collection of information between you and us - no waiting on hold;

- ensures sufficient information is obtained - almost eliminates the need to place a trouble ticket on hold pending further information from the originator;

- Provides a tracking facility for both you and us to follow the progress of the Trouble Ticket;

- stores a history of the ticket to assist with any future needs. Once you have logged onto the web site you will have a number of sub-menus from which to select the desired support. For Support related solely to Internet connectivity please call 1300 556 981.
