If you have already registered your domain name elsewhere and wish to use it with a Communicate Web Services Hosting Plan, simply order any Hosting Plan and select the "I will use my existing domain name" option. Then, enter your registered domain name and continue through the form.

After we activate your account, contact your domain registrar or log in to their domain management section to request a name server change. This redirects your existing domain name to your new Communicate Web Services hosting service.

You need to provide your domain registrar with the following nameserver information:

The DNS delegation process will start, taking no longer than 24 hours to complete. At this point, your hosting account should be accessible by typing the domain name into a browser. You can now upload your website and set up email accounts.
